TRANSPORTATION OF ORDERS
1、 Order processing and confirmation
Order generation and viewing: When a customer successfully places an order on our website, the system will automatically generate an electronic order. Merchants need to log in to the backend in a timely manner to view order details, including checking the customer’s shipping address, contact information, purchased product types and quantities, etc.
Order information verification: Merchants should carefully verify order information to ensure that all information is accurate and error free. If any inconsistencies or doubts are found, the customer should be contacted immediately for confirmation to avoid unnecessary trouble in the future.
Order synchronization and payment confirmation: Merchants synchronize order information to the warehouse system and notify warehouse personnel to prepare for packaging and shipping. At the same time, merchants should also pay attention to the payment status of orders to ensure that the funds have been successfully received and avoid order delays caused by payment issues.
2、 Product packaging and label printing
Choose packaging materials: We select suitable packaging materials based on the characteristics of the product. For fragile products, anti shock materials such as bubble film and foam filler can be used for reinforcement; For ordinary goods, use conventional packaging materials such as cardboard boxes and courier bags.
Product packaging: During the packaging process, it is important to ensure that the product will not be damaged due to collisions during transportation. If necessary, fillers can be added to the box to fix the position of the goods and prevent them from shaking during transportation.
Label printing and pasting: Merchants need to print labels that include basic information such as recipient name, address, contact phone number, as well as detailed information such as order number and product name. The label should be clear, durable, and firmly attached to a prominent position on the packaging box to avoid detachment or damage during transportation.
3、 Logistics selection and delivery
Logistics service provider selection: Merchants need to choose suitable logistics services based on the specific situation of the order. Common logistics methods include express delivery (such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.), sea freight, air freight, and dedicated logistics. Express delivery services are suitable for orders with high timeliness requirements, but the cost is relatively high; Sea freight is suitable for orders with large quantities and low time requirements, with lower costs but longer transportation times; Air freight falls between the two; Dedicated logistics can provide more targeted services.Order information upload and waybill number generation: After selecting the logistics service, we need to upload the order information to the logistics

company system in a timely manner and generate the corresponding waybill number. The waybill number is crucial for logistics tracking.
Shipping notification and communication with customers: Merchants should send the waybill number and logistics query link to customers as soon as the order is shipped, and provide a logistics query entrance in the independent station backend to facilitate customers to understand the transportation status of the package at any time.
4、 Shipment tracking and exception handling
Logistics tracking: Merchants need to pay attention to the status updates of their packages to ensure that they can be delivered smoothly to customers. Through the logistics tracking system, merchants can have real-time access to the transportation status of their packages.
Exception handling: For possible abnormal situations such as package loss, delay, customs clearance obstruction, etc., we proactively communicate with the logistics company to find a solution as soon as possible and proactively provide feedback to the customer on the progress of the handling.
5、 Delivery data analysis and optimization
Data analysis: By analyzing shipment data, we can understand the timeliness and stability of different logistics channels, optimize logistics selection strategies, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Process optimization: We can also improve packaging and transportation processes based on customer logistics feedback, reducing the risk of package damage and loss.
Our shipping process involves multiple stages such as order processing, product packaging, logistics selection and shipping, shipping tracking and exception handling, as well as shipping data analysis and optimization. Every step requires careful operation to ensure smooth delivery of orders to customers, improving customer satisfaction and efficiency.
